Building on suffrage

Two years ago, Women+Architecture New Zealand held the symposium Architecture in an Expanded Field, to mark the 120th anniversary of women's suffrage in New Zealand. 

Such was the success of the event, the organisers asked participants to send in an essay based on their talks at the symposium. The collection of essays now forms a new book of the same name, a volume of insight and educated views on architecture by women in the field.
