Potty over art
04 Dec 2013
Artist Gaye Hall has experimented with Resene testpots and Resene Lumbersider outdoor paint for a while now, using these for delicate artworks on rocks and more robust works on corrugated iron. Last week, her abstract artwork of the iconic Chelsea Sugar Refinery on Auckland’s North Shore won the Supreme Award for members at the Lake House Arts in Takapuna. Painted in Resene testpots, it’s part of a current exhibition at the historic Lake House gallery.
