Stripes take a twist with Resene curtains

11 Oct 2018

Stripes are a perennially popular decorating motif, whether they are thick, thin, even, colourful or two-tone. You can paint them on your walls… or you can indulge in a modern interpretation of a stripe with two of the latest fabric designs from the Resene Curtain Collection.

Momento is a stripe with a twist. The distressed style weave breaks up the fabric with both texture and colour, allowing the stripe to soften for any setting. Look closely, and it has a natural, almost tribal vibe. This fabric design comes in Stone (pictured with wall in Resene Zulu) and Mocha on the right.

Echelon uses stripes and softens the look with a woven distortion fade. This deconstruction makes the fabric much more suitable for the modern setting - trending towards an ombre look over sharp lines. It comes in four colourways: (Ebony, seen here with a wall in Resene Keppel), Naturalle. Earth and Blonde.
