New Zealand’s ultimate art experience is back for 2023! Art in the Park returns to Eden Park this September 7th-10th - bringing 100 of the country’s best creators to a world-class stage.
Meet the artists; take a breathtaking sculpture walk around the Eden Park grounds; explore the stadium; enjoy the glitz and glam of the opening night; the Resene Kids Corner; and most importantly… art you’ll never forget!
Visit the Resene Kids Corner and leave your children to create their own masterpiece while you enjoy some of New Zealand’s finest contemporary art and unique behind-the-scenes access to Eden Park. Open on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th, kids aged 5-11 years can paint their very own terracotta pot and take it home with a Resene goodie bag including seeds to plant flowers in their new pot.
From Friday 8th - Sunday 10th you can discover the artists' stories at the Art in the Park talks, which includes Colour Specialist Amy Watkins talking all about how wall colours can complement the artworks within your home. Visit Amy on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th at 10.30am and take a Resene goodie bag home with you!
Whilst you're there, don't forget to visit Resene artist Kate Hurthouse and witness her create art live using Resene paints and scope out our winning artist for the Resene Best in Colour Award to find out why we think they're the best in show!
Don't miss out - get your tickets to the one-of-a-kind curated celebration of Aotearoa’s art, and take home the works that you love. Tickets are on sale now at www.artinthepark.co.nz and kids 14 and under go free!
