Hunger for colour

05 Feb 2015

This month, Resene is supporting The Salvation Army to help Kiwi families in need… and you can be part of it. To get involved, simply bring a can of food into your local Resene ColorShop and swap it for a Resene testpot* (55ml/80ml).

Resene will donate all the food to The Salvation Army’s local food banks and other community food banks. All cans of food in good condition and suitable for human consumption will be accepted.

The Salvation Army have these suggestions: corn; baked beans/spaghetti; canned tomatoes; tuna or salmon; pasta sauce; canned stews and soups; canned fruit and beetroot; coconut milk; baby food.

If you prefer to donate canned pet food, Resene will donate it to the SPCA and local community animal shelters. Visit www.resene.co.nz/colorshops to find your closest Resene ColorShop.

*Limit 10 free testpots per household. The Hunger for Colour programme runs 3 February – 28 February 2015 or while testpot stocks last.
