One for the kids

In this week’s episode of Mitre 10 Dream Home both teams created bedrooms any child would be thrilled to spend time in. All of the rooms were themed and included whimsical and fun details. The winners of this particular challenge, the Orange team, made great use of hand-painted features, creating a colourful triangular pattern in one room and this feature wall of stars, above, in another. Painted in Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen tinted to Resene Black and Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen tinted to Resene Half Villa White, it’s offset by other walls in Resene Half Villa White.  Fun decorative details included a skateboard shelf and quirky ‘Recording’ light.
