Seashell memories

06 May 2015

Auckland Abbe Waghorn shared this paint project, which was created especially for the 100th anniversary of Anzac Day.

More than 100 vibrant poppies were carefully made, using sea shells painted in Resene Poppy, to honour those who served in Gallipoli Peninsula during World War 1.

This is a thoughtful and effective paint project that could also work for other events. What about Mother's Day this Sunday, painting the shells in your mum's favourite colour?

We love to see your paint projects, so remember to share with us. Post photos to our Facebook page www.facebook.com/habitatbyresene, or email us at [email protected].
