Resene ColorShops top of the list in Reader’s Digest awards

Reader’s Digest has named the businesses voted best in category by consumers- and we’re proud to say Resene ColorShops are the winner of the best Paint and Decorating Store.

 The annual Quality Service Awards are voted by consumers, through a Reader’s Digest-commissioned survey.  Catalyst Consultancy & Research surveyed 2,400 Kiwis who were asked which companies, in 35 categories, provided the highest levels of customer service over the past 12 months - and Resene topped the list in paint and decorating stores (excluding DIY Home Improvement Stores).

 Resene strives for consistently good customer service and ColorShop staff undergo extensive training to be able to answer technical questions from customers. Resene ColorShops average ratings of over 9 out of 10, with many consistently scoring 10 out of 10 in their customer feedback programme. This feedback, plus website and social media responses, helps improve products and services.

"The Resene staff are helpful and give advice. The paints come in great colours, cover well and feel nice to paint with,” said one female survey respondent from Auckland.
