Where’s the TV?

27 Sep 2018

In any well-curated interior, a blank television screen can often be perceived as something of a black hole: a shadowy rectangle subtracting style from its surrounds and taking attention away from the design details that truly matter within a room.

The recently-launched Samsung Q7 QLED TV addresses just such a conundrum. The QLED TV’s ‘Ambient Mode Function’ allows the idle TV screen to mimic the wall it hangs on - A cloak of invisibility, instant camouflage, chameleon-like.

Urbis magazine recently styled these rooms to show exactly how effective the partnership of the Samsung Q7 QLED and beautiful walls painted in Resene paints can be.

This media room is painted in painted in Resene Ringo (purple), Resene Irresistible (pink), Resene Poppy (red), Resene Ruby Tuesday (orange) and Resene Wanted.
