Win $5000 for home décor by choosing your favourite theme!

It’s not too late to enter this amazing competition. You could win a $4,000 Décor voucher thanks to the Parnell Business Association to spend in one of the eligible participating décor outlets in Parnell. Plus, you can win a ‘Resene room makeover’ along with a free Resene colour consultation valued at $1000. 

All you must do to enter and be in with the chance to WIN is: 

• Click on the Resene colour theme you love the most 
• Select your favourite Parnell décor item within that theme 
• Enter the competition by filling out the entry form.

So, what are the themes?  

This year there are five fabulous themes you can choose from: Art Deco, Hollywood Glam, Modern Organic, Industrial and Maximalism.  

This week we take a look at: 

Modern Organic 

Modern Organic style is marriage between natural elements and clean minimalism. To really embrace the calm feeling of nature, we use a soft monochromatic colour scheme of Resene Double Lemon Grass, with off-whites Resene Titania and Resene Quarter Rice Cake. The subtle green hues in the whites allow for the strong tones of the furnishings to be the focal point. To tie it all together, we have Resene Wallpaper Collection 33960, a natural wood panel design from the Resene Botanica Wallpaper Collection. 

With sleek lines and contemporary styling, Corso Interiors‘ Corso Bespoke Apartment Sofa speaks to modern living and clean minimalism. Daydreaming in the Source Mondial Daydreamer Armchair guarantees exceptional comfort and calm. The Tomo Side Table/Stool from Bauhaus is characterised by a strong Japanese aesthetic and is the ultimate side table for any space. Throw the Warwick Fabrics Havelock Spruce Throw, with its classic two-tone check, anywhere that needs some additional modern comfort. Dawson & Co, with their Troubadour lounge chair in calvados jute, provide a relaxed elegance that pays little heed to the fast-moving world outside. After a stool, a side table, or both? The organic tones and feel of the room can be accentuated through the hues and themes of Michael McHugh’s paintings, represented by Föenander Gallery.
