NZ Registered Master Builders shares their Top 100 of 2020

New Zealand Registered Master Builders has announced their Top 100 list of those entered in the Registered Master Builder’s House of the Year 2020 competition. With more than 350 entries, these renovations and new builds from around New Zealand stood out from the rest and will be competing to take the National House of the Year honours – which will be announced virtually on 11 December starting at 6.30pm.
The organisation’s regional awards took place throughout November, which saw some projects come away with multiple wins. Planit Construction was winner of the Wellington Wairarapa Supreme New Home Award and the Resene New Home over $2 million category for this home in Wellington and took home a further five awards for another Wellington renovation.
Triple Star Management was crowned winner of the Southern Supreme New Home Award, Resene New Home over $2 million category, Kitchen Excellence Award and the Plumbing World Bathroom Excellence Award for this home with a view in Queenstown and the APL Sustainable Excellence Award for a second project.

In Waikato, CJW Build was the proud winner of the Waikato Supreme New Home Award, Resene New Home over $2 million category, Craftsmanship Award, Outdoor Living Excellence Award and Carpet Mill Interior Design Award for this stunning home in Tirau.
Edinbridge Resources was named winner of the Bay of Plenty/Central Plateau Supreme New Home Award, Resene New Home over $2 million category and the Craftsmanship Award for this standout home in Tauranga.
