Crafty DIY for the school holidays

After the excitement of Easter weekend, keep the fun going with a couple of crafty projects that include the kids. Using Resene paint and a few simple materials, these ideas by stylist Gem Adams are a great way to get creative during the school holidays.

Blackboard city

The kids will delight in creating their very own city! In this how-to video, Gem shows us how to make these cool little houses using Resene Blackboard Paint.

Handy crate box

This pretty toy box is perfect for storing books, dolls and soft toys at the end of playtime. Jazz it up with stripes and colourful dots to keep it playful. Gem shows us the technique.
