Five ways to paint it black for Black Friday

Black Friday is traditionally the day following American Thanksgiving and one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Back home, we’ve adopted the shopping part, and we’ve always been good at embracing the colour black with our sports teams, fashion and our homes.

Here are five creative ways to use black paint in your home

The sky’s the limit


The ceiling is painted in Resene Foundry and Resene Black White.

 Old school is new cool

 Frame of mind

A dark wall around a ranch slider or large window will draw the eye to the outside view and make a room appear larger. Resene Elephant is a deep green blue grey shade with a softer effect than black, but still a dark colour heavyweight.
